ColchisFM 2024.3 Major Update Released

1. New Python Development Module

The new Python development module allows users to independently develop algorithms. Combined with ColchisFM’s powerful ability to rapidly build complex models, this feature meets the needs of more complex scenarios in forward modeling.

2. New Well Simulation Module


The new well simulation module enables the custom replacement of fluids in rock physics templates. This enhancement also improves the functionality of ColchisRP for multi-well intersection plots and histogram displays.

3. Enhanced Adaptive Grid Refinement

The adaptive grid refinement has been improved, boosting well log interpolation accuracy and speed, especially for simulating seismic reflection features in geological conditions such as pinching-out or erosion.

4. Other Updates in ColchisFM 2024.3

In addition to the major new features, the following updates have been made:
The software now includes an English manual for all modules.
The new version introduces installation packages for Linux platforms supporting both X86 and ARM architectures.
